Swift Current, SK - Swift Current Bronco defenceman, Richard Nedomlel, was selected 175th overall by the Detroit Red Wings today in the 2011 National Hockey League Entry Draft at the Excel Center in Minneapolis today.
In 66 games played in his first Western Hockey League season, Nedomlel notched 10 assists.
The 6'4", 202 pound Prague, CZ product was selected 31st overall by the Broncos in the 2010 Canadian Hockey League Import Draft. NHL Central Scouting ranked him 205th in their Final Draft Rankings.
