VIPERS ACQUIRE JANNING FROM RED CLAWS IN EXCHANGE FOR ANDERSON
The defending NBA Development League champion Rio Grande Valley Vipers have acquired shooting guard Matt Janning from the Maine Red Claws for guard Antonio Anderson. Janning is averaging 9.3 points, 3.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 1.2 steals and 27.4 minutes in 20 games (eight starts). He is shooting 43 percent from the field, including 46 percent from behind the arc. Over his last three games, Janning is averaging 15.0 points, 4.0 rebounds, 4.3 assists and 2.7 steals. Janning made the Phoenix Suns opening night roster, but did not see any action before getting waived on Nov. 10. Anderson, who signed two 10-day contracts with the Oklahoma City Thunder last season, is averaging 7.7 points, 1.8 rebounds and 3.6 assists in 17 games (12 starts). Last year he averaged 16.2 points, 4.0 rebounds and 6.1 assists in 40 games and starts.

Elijah Millsap scored 23 points, and Cole Aldrich had eight points and 13 rebounds as Tulsa rallied from a 15-point fourth-quarter deficit to defeat Reno in overtime. Robert Vaden hit four threes and added 14 points for the 66ers, who won their 11th straight game. Patrick Ewing had his eighth double-double of the season, tallying 20 points and 13 rebounds for Reno.
Antoine Walker scored 26 points and Jermareo Davidson added 22 points and 13 rebounds for Idaho in a win over Austin. Aubrey Coleman and Marcus Cousin each scored 16 points for Austin.
