Potomac Nationals News Release
The Potomac Nationals and Salem Red Sox will play game two of their three-game midweek series after the P-Nats lost yesterday morning's opener, 7-1. Even in defeat, the P-Nats are still 12-5 since beginning the year 7-7 aided by a season-high nine-game winning streak which was snapped on Sunday during the doubleheader against the Winston-Salem Dash. On the down side, Potomac has now lost two straight for the first time since dropping the final two games of their series in Frederick on April 25-26.
Tonight's Matchup Potomac RHP Jeff Mandel (3-1, 2.43) vs. Salem RHP Kyle Weiland (1-2, 8.57)
