Nashville SC to Host Tennessee EA Sports FIFA 20 Challenge Across the State this Fall

NASHVILLE - It's time to determine who is the best FIFA player in the state of Tennessee.

Nashville Soccer Club will host the Tennessee EA Sports FIFA 20 Challenge, a series of EA Sports FIFA 20 tournaments in different Tennessee cities throughout the month of October. The ultimate winner will receive two free season tickets to Nashville SC's inaugural Major League Soccer season in 2020.

The Challenge will begin with a series of qualifiers taking place on college campuses across the state. The top eight players from each qualifier will advance to the Tennessee EA Sports FIFA 20 Invitational, where the best of the best will compete for the grand prize.

The schedule for the four qualifiers is as follows:

MTSU (Student Union Ballroom) - Sunday, October 5 at 11 am CT

UT Knoxville (Student Union Room 362) - Sunday, October 13 at 1 pm CT

UT Chattanooga (University Center Tennessee Room) - Sunday, October 20 at 1 pm CT

University of Memphis (Crews Center for Entrepreneurship Floor 2) - Sunday, October 27 at 11 am CT

The winner of each qualifier will receive $100 in FIFA Points, while second and third place will receive $75 and $50 in FIFA Points, respectively. In addition, each participant will receive a grab bag featuring a commemorative T-shirt, lanyard, pop socket and sticker bundle.

The Challenge will culminate in the Invitational tournament taking place in Memorial Room at Alumni Hall on the campus of Vanderbilt University in Nashville on Sunday, November 3 at 11 am CT. The winner of that tournament will receive $200 in FIFA Points and a pair of Nashville SC MLS Season Tickets for the 2020 season. Second and third place will receive $150 and $100 in FIFA Points, respectively.

The registration fee is $15.
