Nashville SC Participating in Open Streets Nashville and Super Liga America this Sunday

July 26, 2019 - United Soccer League Championship (USL)
Nashville SC News Release

NASHVILLE - One day after taking on Indy Eleven at the club's future temporary MLS home, Nashville Soccer Club will be out in the community on Sunday, July 28 for a day of fun.

We'll be participating in Open Streets Nashville, a program that temporarily closes the streets to cars to allow people to reconnect to their communities, get active, and play in the street. Come play some soccer with us on our inflatable field on Sunday from 3-7 p.m. We will be giving away free scarves if you sign up for our fan club at our booth, and will also have information on season tickets for our inaugural MLS season in 2020.

Open Streets Nashville begins at the corner of Dr. DB Todd Jr. Boulevard and Buchanan Street, continuing all the way down Garfield Street before turning onto Fifth Avenue North and finishing at the corner of Fifth and Monroe Street. For more information, visit OpenStreetsNashville.org.

At the same time, we will also be at the Super Liga America matches at Ted Rhodes Park (720 Mainstream Drive, Nashville, TN 37228) from 3-6 p.m. Super Liga America is the largest Hispanic recreational soccer league in Nashville, and Sunday's slate will feature the league's championship matches. We will have club representatives on hand giving out scarves for those who sign up for our fan club, as well as information about MLS season tickets.

Come out and enjoy some soccer on a warm Sunday afternoon in Nashville.
