Kickoff: Saturday, July 27 - 8:30 p.m.

OTTAWA - After a strong 4-0 win against Swope Park Rangers and a mid-week qualifying to the semi-final of the Canadian Championship, Fury FC will now hit the road to face Memphis 901 FC this upcoming Saturday (KO 8:30 p.m., OttawaFuryFC.com). This will be the second encounter between the two sides for this season, with the first at TD place ending in a 0-0 draw but with Fury FC dominating the game. The team will be looking to rack up as many points as possible as it embarks on its second of eight straight games against teams in the lower echelons of the Conference standings.
STORYLINES
Fury FC moves up the standings and holds the 6th position in the Eastern Conference standings after a strong 4-0 win against Swope Park Rangers, and qualifying in mid-week to the semi-final of the Canadian Championship to face MLS giants Toronto FC.
Ottawa went on a scoring frenzy by scoring all four of their goals in an 18-minute span.
With a record of 8W-8D-3L, the team continues to consolidate its red hot form and will be looking to continue its run up the United Soccer League Eastern Conference standings.
6th-place Fury has only one loss since mid-April.
Charlie Ward continues to be a key figure in the middle of the park for Fury FC, the Englishman kept a passing accuracy of over 90 percent in both sides of the pitch and leads all of USL with 1,229 passes.
Ottawa Fury FC's captain Carl Haworth made it into USL Championship Team of the Week 20. The Fury FC veteran had a goal and assist and was involved in the creation of three key passes.
Chelsea-native Antoine Coupland made his debut this past Saturday; at 15 years old (and 7 months) he became the youngest player in Fury franchise history to see the field in a regular league game.
Saturday's match will be the second of eight straight against teams in the lower echelons of the Conference standings, seven of them currently no better than 11th place, all of them with losing records and five of them with minus goal-differentials.
Only Saint Louis and Pittsburgh have goal-differentials on the positive side.
This will be the second encounter between the two teams this season. The first match at TD place ended with a 0-0 in which Fury FC was the more dominant of the two teams in all facets of the game.
Memphis 901 FC has lost five games at home this season and has a record of 1W-2D-2L in its last 5 matches.
Their overall record in the Eastern Conference for this season is 3W-6D-9L.
Fury FC's possession-based soccer is paying dividends and has been the catalyst of success this season.
Ottawa is a team that is marked by on the field generosity. Three different players have over four assists now: Mour Samb (4), Christiano Francois (4), and Carl Haworth (5).
Fury FC now has players with over six goals in all lines of the team: Mour Samb (7 goals, forward), Wal Fall (7 goals, midfield), Christiano Francois (6 goals, forward), and Carl Haworth (6 goals, defender).
SCOUTING MEMPHIS 901 FC
Memphis 901 FC hasn't made the big splash of a signing that some of its counterparts have, with captain Marc Burch maybe the most recognizable name on the club's roster as it enters its first season in the Championship. What Head Coach Tim Mulqueen does have at his disposal, however, is a side that brings a wealth of experience in the league, which should allow it to turn into a cohesive unit as the year unfolds.
On the field, players like former USL Cup-winner Dan Metzger and Caribbean internationals like Ewan Grandison (Jamaica) and Duane Muckette (Trinidad & Tobago) are going to be counted on to bring their qualities to the fire, with Bell also bringing aboard former Battery and Richmond Kickers forward Heviel Cordoves to lead the club's attacking line. It may be a challenge to reach the postseason in the club's first season, but there's enough experience here to make life difficult for opponents across the Eastern Conference (via USL Championship).
