Mystics individual game tickets on sale

Washington, D.C. - Individual game tickets for Washington Mystics games as well as tickets for the WNBA All-Star game will go on sale on Wednesday, April 4th at 10:00 a.m. Tickets for Mystics game start at $ 10.00.

The Washington Mystics will host the 2007 WNBA All-Star Game at Verizon Center on July 15th at 4:00 p.m. Washington becomes only the second city to host an All-Star game more than once. The Mystics first hosted the game in 2002 with Los Angeles Sparks' Lisa Leslie leading the Western Conference to an 81-76 victory over the Eastern Conference.

"We are honored and excited to have the All-Star game here in Washington, D.C.," said Curtis Symonds Chief Operating Officer. "We want to make this game a success and have everyone look back and say that this was the most exciting All-Star game the league has ever seen."

The Mystics begin its 10th season with All-Stars Alana Beard (2005 and 2006), DeLisha Milton-Jones (2000) and Nikki Teasley (2003 all-star MVP). The team tips off the season on Saturday, May 19th at 6:00 p.m. against 2006 Eastern Conference champions, Connecticut Sun. Season tickets and partial plans for the 2007 Mystics season are currently on sale and can be purchased by calling the Mystics Sales Office at 1-877-DC-HOOP1.
