Multiple team owner looking for partners
July 26, 2006 - American Basketball Association (ABA)
Bellevue Blackhawks News Release
Tacoma, WA. Michael Tuckman, owner of three ABA teams, announced today that he is looking for local partners to become part of his organization, Puget Sound Sports. "After two years, it is apparent that I could use a little help in my various markets to help maximize the potential of my three teams - the Bellevue Blackhawks, the Tacoma Navigators and our new expansion team in Vancouver BC. I'm looking for partners in all three cities to join with me. The ABA is very exciting, it's a lot of fun, and it should be very profitable," said Tuckman.
"The year before last, Bellevue played in the Championship game; we have some top players - and are ready to compete again. But quite frankly, I could use some help."

Note: OurSports Central no longer actively covers the American Basketball Association (ABA) as a professional league due in part to its inability to publish and play a schedule and the transitory nature of many of its teams.
