
Mooseheads open 2005 Training Camp Saturday

Halifax Mooseheads open their 2005 Training Camp at Cole Harbour Place Saturday (Aug. 20, 2005) and get right to work with on ice morning and evening practice sessions.
The forty-four players attending will be split into two teams for the first phase of the camp, with Team A hitting the Cole Harbour Place ice surface at 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., while Team B will practice at 10:45 a.m. and 7:45 p.m.
The training camp roster, with five goaltenders, 12 defencemen and 27 forwards, includes 14 players from last years' Halifax Mooseheads team.
Mooseheads begin their 2005 pre-season exhibition schedule at Cole Harbour Place Sunday (Aug. 21) with a 7:00 p.m. encounter with the expansion St. John's Fog Devils, and will host the Acadie-Bathurst Titan at the Halifax Forum Tuesday, Aug. 23 at 7:00 p.m.
