Moose Sign Tom Galvin To PTO

The Manitoba Moose today announced they have signed defenseman Tom Galvin to a professional tryout contract.
Galvin, 30, has appeared in 25 games so far this season with the Muskegon Lumberjacks of the International Hockey League. In that span, he has scored 12 points (4g & 8a) while collecting 16 penalty minutes. The Staten Island, NY native played in 71 games with the Grand Rapids Griffins last season where he collected 15 points (2g & 13a) and 40 penalty minutes. He has appeared in 197 career AHL games between Grand Rapids and Providence where he has racked up a career total 40 points (3g & 37a) and 120 penalty minutes.
