Montreal Matrix defeats Long Island Sound

Montreal, Canada. The ABA Montreal Matrix took advantage of a solid first half to forge a 24-point lead and dominate through the rest of the game to defeat the Strong Island Sound 105-90. The win brings the Matrix record to 3-3 with their home record now 2-1. Pascal Jobin's team will play its next six games on the road with the first being against the Boston Frenzy on November 25th.

Stepjan Marinovic led the way with 24 points while Manix Auriantal added 18 in a balanced scoring attack that showed six players in double figures. John Strickland had 30 for the Sound while Raphael Edwards had 22. The Matrix will be back home December 23rd at 7pm to play the Harlem Strong Dogs at the Pierre Charbonneau Center.
