Monday's Game Postponed by Rain

JACKSON, TENN. (JULY 14, 2014) - The Generals 7:05 p.m. game Monday with the Birmingham Barons has been postponed due to rain. The game will be made up as part of a double-header on Wednesday, August 13 when the Barons return to Jackson. Both games will be seven innings in length, the first scheduled to begin at 5:05 p.m.

If any fans had tickets to tonight's game they can exchange them for any other game during the regular season. The Generals will return to Jackson after the road trip in Montgomery for a five-game set with the Huntsville Stars on Monday, July 21st.

Jackson will enjoy an off day on Tuesday and will look to extend their three-game winning streak in Montgomery, Ala. Wednesday against the Biscuits. RHP Matt Anderson (3-3, 4.37) will get the start for the Generals as Montgomery will send Dylan Floro (8-7, 2.97) to the mound at Riverwalk Stadium. The game will begin at 7:05 p.m. and can be heard on 96.5 ESPN, TuneIn Radio and jacksongeneralsbaseball.com.
