MANCHESTER, N.H. - Manchester Monarchs Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations, Rich Seeley, announced today that Jack Flinn has been assigned to the Monarchs by the Ontario Reign (AHL), while Zac Lynch and Thomas Schemitsch have been recalled to the AHL by the Springfield Thunderbirds.
The Monarchs are the ECHL affiliate of the National Hockey League's Los Angeles Kings and the American Hockey League's Ontario Reign.
Flinn, 21, comes to the Monarchs after playing in five games for the Reign since being recalled Nov. 11. With the Reign, Flinn posted a 1-2-0 record, a 3.41 GAA and a 0.874 save percentage in 211 minutes.

Overall, Lynch has scored 31 points (15g, 16a) in 31 games with the Monarchs this season. With the Thunderbirds, Lynch has scored one goal in five games.
The 6-foot, 190-pound native of Pittsburgh, Pa., is currently in his first full professional season since graduating from Robert Morris University (NCAA) in 2016. Lynch finished his career at RMU as the school's all-time scoring leader (156 pts.), and was named a Top-Ten Finalist for the 2015-16 Hobey Baker Award.
Schemitsch, 20, returns to the Thunderbirds after playing 10 games for the Monarchs on his most recent assignment, where he scored six points (1g, 5a), including his first career tally Feb. 25 against the Alaska Aces. Schemitsch has played 21 games with the Thunderbirds in his rookie campaign, and has scored two points on two assists. The 6-foot-4, 205-pound native of Thornhill, Ontario, was selected by the Florida Panthers in the 3rd round (#88 overall) of the 2015 NHL Entry Draft.
