
Mississippi's Campbell Named to All-Star Roster

The Central Hockey League (CHL) announced today that Mississippi forward Ryan Campbell has been named to the Northern Conference roster for the CHL All-Star Game in Broomfield, Colorado scheduled for next week. It will be his first all-star appearance.
Campbell, 28, will replace RiverKings' teammate Aaron Davis on the roster. Davis was injured last week and will be unable to participate.
In his third season with the RiverKings, Campbell is on pace to post career numbers. In 31 games this season, the Edmonton, Alberta native has scored 10 goals with 21 assists (team leader in points). Campbell notched 60 points last season and 61 points during the 2005-06 campaign.
The 2008 CHL All-Star Game will take place at the Broomfield Event Center in Broomfield, Colorado, home of the Rocky Mountain Rage, on Wednesday, January 16th. The game can be seen LIVE on the CHL Network with face-off scheduled for 7:05 PM (MST).
