FORT MYERS, Fla. - Heavy rain in Fort Myers postponed a Wednesday afternoon contest between the Miracle and the Clearwater Threshers at Hammond Stadium. The teams will play a doubleheader on Thursday.
Clearwater won the opener of the three-game series on Tuesday night, 3-0. The Miracle were limited to three hits in the loss.
Game one of Thursday's doubleheader is scheduled for 4:00 p.m. Game two will follow 30 minutes after the conclusion of game one. Both games of the twin bill are seven innings.
