MINNEAPOLIS/ST. PAUL - The Minnesota Lynx today announced the team has waived center Ruthy Hebard, forward Kiki Jefferson and guard Quinesha Lockett.
Hebard, signed by the Lynx as a free agent on Feb. 16, appeared in one preseason game, logging six scoreless minutes in the May 3 win vs. Chicago.
Jefferson was selected by Minnesota in the 3rd round (31st overall) of the 2024 WNBA Draft on Apr. 15. She saw action in both preseason games, totaling six points, one rebound, one assist and two steals.
Lockett, signed as an undrafted free agent on Apr 23, appeared in both preseason contests and tallied six points and one rebound in the May 8 victory at Washington.
Minnesota's training camp roster now stands at 15.
