Miami FC Announces 2024 Season Schedule

Miami, FL. - The Miami Football Club announced today their official schedule for the 2024 USL Championship season in conjunction with the league.

Miami will open their season at home facing their Western Conference opponent, Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC, on Saturday, March 9, 2024, at FIU Stadium. The following week will consist of another home game against Sacramento Republic FC, where Miami will look to avenge their loss in the final game of the 2023 regular season that eliminated Miami from playoff contention.

The new schedule adopted by the league features 34 games over 34 weeks with the purpose of reducing the number of midweek games. This extends the duration of the season by two weeks. The regular season will begin on March 9th and end on October 26th. Following the conclusion of the regular season, the playoff runs will begin with the top eight teams from each conference aiming for the league title.

Two new teams will be making their USL Championship debut in the 2024 season, Rhode Island FC and North Carolina FC. Miami will face Rhode Island on July 13th (home) and October 26th (away). The games against North Carolina will be taking place on May 25th (home) and July 6th (away).

With the addition of the two Eastern Conference teams, FC Tulsa and Memphis 901 FC have moved over to the Western Conference, keeping the even split of the 24 teams across two conferences. This change will have Miami FC facing these teams only once this upcoming season. Miami will play Memphis at home (5/8) and Tulsa away (6/19).

The additional Western clubs that will play at FIU Stadium are Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC (3/9), Sacramento Republic FC (3/16), San Antonio FC (4/27), Oakland Roots SC (7/27), and Monterey Bay FC (8/31).

Miami FC's home schedule features 17 games. This lineup consists of 14 matches hosted on Saturdays. The remaining home games are scheduled for Wednesday (5/8, Memphis 901 FC), Thursday (4/11, Tampa Bay Rowdies), and Sunday (5/11, Indy Eleven).

The kickoff times and broadcast assignments for the matches will be set and announced at a later date.

In addition, season tickets are now on sale at 2024 Season Memberships, and group packages are also available by calling 844-MIAMIFC. Single game tickets and multi-game packages will go on sale in the coming weeks.
