PHOENIX - The Phoenix Mercury has waived forward Olayinka Sanni, the club announced today. The roster now stands at 10 players.
Sanni appeared in 14 games this season for the Mercury, averaging 1.6 points and 0.7 rebounds in 5.2 minutes per game.
Fresh off its win over first-place Minnesota, the Mercury returns to the court tonight to take on the defending Eastern Conference champion Atlanta Dream.
