
McIsaac and Khovanov Get the Job Done in Rimouski

The Wildcats set a franchise record with their 15th consecutive win after defeating the Rimouski Oceanic, 3-1, Sunday at Coliseé Financière SunLife.
The Oceanic scored the game's opening goal nearly two minutes into the game.
But Jeremy McKenna responded halfway through the frame, making it 1-1 after twenty minutes.
Jared McIsaac gave Moncton the lead five minutes into the second period with a heavy wrister that beat Rimouski goalie Creed Jones short side, over his right shoulder.
McIsaac made it 3-1 with a similar goal more than three minutes into the third period.
Goalie Olivier Rodrigue made 28 stops for the win.
Alexander Khovanov contributed three assists to extend his league high points streak to 14 games (31 points).
