Mavs Announce Sale Dates for 2009 Playoff Tickets

As most of you know, your High Desert Mavericks are the 2009 South Division 1st Half Champions! This marks the first 1st Half Championship since 1993, and the first playoff appearance for the Mavs since 2006.

By winning the 1st half, the Mavericks have guaranteed themselves a playoff spot, as well as a first round bye. With the first round starting on Wednesday, September 9th, the Mavericks will be guaranteed a few days rest as the Wild Card teams and lower seeds battle for a spot in the 2nd round.

The Mavericks first playoff game will be at Mavericks Stadium on Saturday, September 12th. The game will begin at 7:05pm with the gates opening one hour prior to game time. As the second round is a best of five series, the second game will also be held at Mavericks Stadium on Sunday, September 13th and will begin at 5:05pm. If necessary, game five may be held in Adelanto, depending on the seeding of the two teams.

Should the Mavericks qualify for the championship series, Mavericks Stadium will host the first two games of the championship round. Game one would be held on Thursday, September 17th and game two on Friday, September 18th. Both games would begin at 7:05pm with the gates opening one hour prior to the game.

Playoff packages are now available with a special pre-order period for Diamond Club members. Package prices are: $35 for the Lower Box Package and $25 for the Upper Box Package. Payment for these packages must be made in full in order to guarantee your same great seats. The deadline to guarantee your same seats is Friday, July 31st. Single-game playoff tickets will be available Saturday, August 1st. Tickets may be purchased over the phone, online, or at the Mavericks Stadium Ticket Office (contact information below).

In addition to the Playoff Package pre-purchase, we are also offering a pre-order for the 1st Half Champs t-shirt! The cost of the commemorative t-shirt is just $18. A design of the t-shirt can be seen by visiting the Mavs Team Store at Mavericks Stadium. If you wish to purchase both the Playoff Package and the 1st Half Champs t-shirt, you may do so by visiting the Mavs Team Store or Ticket Office at Mavericks Stadium.
