
Matt MacDermott Joins Pats Prior To Road Trip

Regina SK ---- This afternoon the Regina Pats announced that seventeen-year-old defenceman Matt MacDermott has rejoined the team, and will remain with the club for the remainder of the season.
MacDermott, a 6'0" 184lb product of Lloydminster SK, was returned to the Calgary Midget AA Buffaloes just prior to the start of the season. In eight games with the Buffaloes this season, MacDermott has three goals & five assists. MacDermott was a tenth round selection of the Pats in the 2003 WHL Bantam Draft.
MacDermott is not expected to be in the line-up tonight vs. Vancouver, but will play on the Pats seven game road trip, which begins this Friday in Spokane.
The Pats final home game this month is tonight when they host the Vancouver Giants in a 7:00PM start at Brandt Centre. Tickets are available at the Brandt Centre Box Office, or by calling 781-9300.
