Las Vegas Lights FC News Release
LAS VEGAS - Looks can be deceiving, and that is certainly the case right now for Las Vegas Lights Football Club when it comes to the USL's Western Conference standings.
Despite an unbeaten record (2-0-2, 8 points), the club has ground to make up on the table. However, Lights FC has more opportunities remaining in which to do so, having played the fewest games of any team in the Western Conference.
Friday night, the team begins a stretch where it will play at least six matches through the end of May, including its May 16 opener in U.S. Open Cup play.
The first non-Saturday home match of the season takes place at 8 p.m., with San Antonio FC (1-2-3, 6 points) coming to town. The game will also be the first of three times Lights FC is featured in the regular season as the USL "Game of the Week" on the ESPN3 national platform.
The match will also stream live on the new ESPN+ app, and air locally on myLVTV.
Tickets for Friday night are still available, and start at just $15. Purchase by calling 702.728.4625 or visit LightsFC.com/SingleTix.
