Dayton Bombers News Release

Dayton, OH - The Dayton Bombers announced today that defenseman Milan Maslonka has been reassigned by the NHL's Edmonton Oilers to their "AAA" affiliate, the Springfield Falcons.

Maslonka, 22, has appeared in 24 games with the Bombers after starting the 2008-09 season with the Stockton Thunder. The 6-foot-7-inch, 245-pound blueliner has recorded two assists on the year.

This is the second career call-up for the Zvolen, Slovakia native, who played one game with the Albany River Rats last season.

The Bombers close out their regular season home games this week at the Nutter Center with games on Wednesday against Cincinnati, then Friday and Saturday versus Trenton. All games start at 7:30 p.m.

Wednesday is "Carload Night" where everyone in cars, trucks and vans gets in for just $30 (Silver level seats). Friday and Saturday are "Fan Appreciation Weekend" with prizes and giveaways all throughout the game. Saturday is also the final "Military Appreciation Night" and Silver level tickets are 2-for-1 with a military or WPAFB ID at the box office.

Individual tickets start at just $10 for kids under 18 and $15 for adults (includes parking) and can be purchased at the Nutter Center box office or by visiting www.ticketmaster.com.
