Marvin Brown Rookie Diary Match 11

Central Valley Coyotes News Release

Editor's Note: The Coyotes were assigned offensive specialist Marvin Brown for the 2004 Training Camp. Brown will compete during training camp to solidify a roster spot.

Brown will log a rookie training camp diary throughout Training Camp 2004 for Centralvalleycoyotes.com. Practice was pretty good today. Like everyday you have to come and work hard and there is a lot of things that I have to improve on each day. I'm just looking to learn more and move up to the next level. I feel as camp moves on I will get adapted to what needs to be accomplished in order to win and be successful.

I got a taste of what arena football is all about today and I had a lot of fun. What it breaks down to is that it's still football. You have to catch, run and jump just like any football game. Whenever you go to something new, there's going to be a learning curve. I went through a similar adjustment in college. It's just something you have to deal with, and hopefully get better over time. I just love to play football whether it's indoor our outdoor.

During our first practice this morning, I felt a little shaky out there, a little uncertain. But I'm my own biggest critic. For the most part, I have a decent understanding of what's going on.

I can't wait to get back on the practice field to get better!

Marvin Brown's training camp diary can be found each day of training camp on centralvalleycoyotes.com.
