Marlies to Play Grand Rapids in Western Conference Semi Final

The Toronto Marlies announced today they will play the Grand Rapids Griffins, AHL affiliate of the Detroit Red Wings, in their second round best-of-seven Calder Cup Playoff series. Grand Rapids finished first in the Midwest Division and third in the Western Conference with 92 points. The Marlies posted a record of 2-0-0-2 against the Griffins during the 2012-13 regular season.

Toronto will play host to games one, two, six, and seven at Ricoh Coliseum. The following are the confirmed dates and times for the series:

Game 1 - Friday, May 10: Grand Rapids @ Toronto 7 p.m.

Game 2 - Saturday, May 11: Grand Rapids @ Toronto 3 p.m.

Game 3 - Wednesday, May 15: Toronto @ Grand Rapids 7 p.m.

Game 4 - Friday, May 17: Toronto @ Grand Rapids 7 p.m.

*Game 5 - Saturday, May 18: Toronto @ Grand Rapids 7 p.m.

*Game 6 - Tuesday, May 21: Grand Rapids @ Toronto 7 p.m.

*Game 7 - Wednesday, May 22: Grand Rapids @ Toronto 7 p.m.
