Marauders Host Charlotte and St. Lucie August 13-17

Bradenton, Fla. - The Bradenton Marauders (Pittsburgh Pirates) return home to host the Charlotte Stone Crabs (Tampa Bay Rays) for three games from Thursday, August 13 until Saturday, August 15. They will then host the St. Lucie Mets (New York Mets) for two games - one on Sunday, August 16 and one on Monday, August 17. All games against Charlotte will be 6:30 p.m. start times with gates opening at 5:30 p.m. The game on Sunday against St. Lucie will begin at 5:00 p.m. with gates opening at 4:00 p.m. The final game on Monday, August 17 will be a 6:30 p.m. start with gates opening at 5:30 p.m.

August 13 is a THIRSTY THURSDAY! All fans enjoy soda and select beers for only $1 throughout the evening. Interested fans can also join the Thirsty Thursday Club presented by Budweiser and Ticket Sarasota - your TICKET to Thirsty Thursdays - for access to even more great deals on Thursdays!

The Thirsty Thursday club costs only $60 and includes tickets to all remaining Thursday home games, a club t-shirt, special concessions discounts, and a free 12oz drink at each Thursday game. Members also receive prizes and an entry into a grand prize draw for every Thursday game they attend.

August 14 to August 16 is Pet Friendly Weekend presented by Pedigree! All dogs are welcome to accompany their owners to games on those days! Pet owners just have to purchase a Bark Badge for $2 - all proceeds of the badges will be donated to the Humane Society of Manatee County.

August 14 is a SPECIAL FREE SHIRT FRIDAY! The first 750 fans to enter will receive a FREE Marauders t-shirt. On top of that, the first 500 fans to enter McKechnie Field will be given a FREE Marauders baseball card set presented by A Plus Pro Photo! August 14 is also a Happy Hour Friday game, presented by Pier 22 Restaurant. From 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. fans in attendance can enjoy valuable drink specials presented by the Cheney Brothers.

August 15 is BACK TO SCHOOL NIGHT at McKechnie Field! The first 500 ticketed fans ages 12 and under to enter the ballpark will receive a FREE Marauders backpack presented by Bright House Networks. The game will also feature FIREWORKS presented by Bright House Networks and Budweiser. School district employees can purchase tickets for $1 each for all members of their household!

Back to School Night is also a Saturday game, which means that it is also a Silverauders Club and a Lady Marauders Club night. The Silverauders Club is for fans 60 and older and is presented by Humana. For only $30, Silverauders Club members receive a ticket and food voucher to every Saturday game, a Silverauders t-shirt, and other exclusive club benefits. Saturday games also feature Baseball Bingo presented by Jersey Mike's Subs and PLS Print.

The Marauders are thrilled to have a brand new Lady Marauders Club this season. Membership is $50 and includes a ticket to each Saturday home game, the opportunity to participate in members only pregame events, happy hour specials at the ballpark, a club t-shirt and wine tumbler, and more. Season ticket holders can join the Lady Marauders Club for just $10.

August 16 is a FAMILY FUN SUNDAY at McKechnie Field sponsored by Kayem! Fans enjoy $1 parking, $1 tickets, and $1 hotdogs. Young fans will be able to enjoy an inflatable waterslide, win items from a prize wheel, and run the bases after the game in the Mosaic Kids Fun Run. All fans will have access to splash zone seating.

Sunday's game is also the final installment of the BARK IN THE PARK series, presented by ABC 7! After purchasing their Bark Badges to enter the park, dogs will be able to enjoy the special Sunday "doggie splash day," and all dogs can run the bases after the game.

The McKechnie Field ticket office is open on non-gamedays Tuesday-Friday from 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. On Monday - Friday gamedays the ticket office is open from 11:00 a.m. until the conclusion of the game. The ticket office opens two hours before Saturday, Sunday, and morning games.
