Manning Presentation To Cap Brahmas Weekend

NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, Texas- The Texas Brahmas will be busy this week as it is packed with honors, auctions and promotions for their big back-to-back-to-back series.

Thursday, February 21 @ Mississippi RiverKings:

Texas (28-18-1) will face the RiverKings (28-18-2) in Mississippi in a Northeast playoff position battle at 7:05 PM. The Brahmas defeated the 'Kings last Saturday in great fashion, 5-2. The game can be seen on CHL Network at http://www.nifty-tv.com/chl/.

Friday, February 22 vs Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs:

The Brahmas will return to the NYTEX Sports Centre Friday night in time for a special presentation in honor of Captain Blair Manning's 500th CHL point and a matchup against his former team, Bossier-Shreveport (36-9-4). Manning earned his 500th point against New Mexico last week.

Following Friday night's game the Brahmas will auction off Manning's jersey with a special "Captain's for Courage" patch. The money earned will benefit the Hoffen Foundation.

Saturday, February 23 vs Wichita Thunder:

The whirlwind of events continues Saturday when Texas plays host to the Wichita Thunder (16-31-1) at 7:05 PM on North Hills Hospital Poster Night. The first 1000 fans to attend the game will receive a North Hills Hospital "Healthy Goals" poster. The night will also be Reliant Energy Jersey night as the Texas Brahmas will be wearing specialty jerseys sponsored by Reliant Energy.

After the game against Wichita, there will be a live auction of all the player's promotional jerseys for the fans.
