
Manchester Monarchs Make Staff Changes

Manchester Monarchs News Release
Manchester, NH -- The Manchester Monarchs have announced a number of additions and changes to their office staff.
Christopher McNevich has moved from his position as Public Relations Director to Senior Account Executive. McNevich, a native of North Conway, N.H., graduated from Plymouth State College in 2000 with a bachelor's degree in English.
Katie McDonald has been appointed as Interim Public Relations Director. McDonald, a native of Canterbury, N.H., served as an intern in the public relations department for the 2001-02 season. She attended the University of New Hampshire where she was in the Honors Program and studied Political Science and English.
Laura Brown's position has changed from Account Executive to Promotions Manager. Brown, an Amherst, N.H. native, graduated in 2001 from the University of New Hampshire with a bachelor's degree in Recreation Management.
Matt Welch has taken a new position as Corporate Account Executive. Welch, a Manchester, N.H. native, worked as an Account Executive last season. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in Sports Communication from Ithaca College in 2001.
Kristi Armstrong joined the staff as Ticket Operations Manager in May of 2002. Armstrong, a native of North Adams, Mass., graduated from Barry University in 2002 with a bachelor's degree in Sports Management. Armstrong spent the past two years working with ProPlayer Stadium in the ticketing department as well as working for Complete Ticket Solutions, Inc. in ticket operations and event set-up.
Matt Junkin has joined the Monarchs staff as an Account Executive. Junkin, a native of Hopkinton, N.H., is a 2001 graduate from the University of New Hampshire with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. He worked with the organization last season in the ProShop in addition to interning with the Sponsorship Coordinator.
Elizabeth Goeman has moved from the ProShop to ticket sales, joining that department as an Account Executive. Goeman, a Manchester, N.H native, was the Assistant ProShop Manager last season. She graduated from Southern New Hampshire University (formerly New Hampshire College) with a bachelor's degree in Sports Management and Marketing.
Jason Bergeron has also joined the Monarchs staff as an Account Executive. Bergeron, a native of Manchester, N.H., coaches youth hockey for the Manchester Flames. He graduated in 2000 with a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Nichols College. He also played high school hockey at West High in Manchester.
