
Major League Soccer to Announce 2022 MLS Schedule on December 15

Major League Soccer (MLS) teased on Saturday that the League will unveil the 2022 MLS schedule on Wednesday, December 15. The long awaited full 2022 season schedule announcement comes on the heels of the League releasing details for season openers late last month.
Inter Miami CF will kick off the upcoming campaign against the Chicago Fire FC on February 26, 2022 at DRV PNK Stadium. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m. ET. Inter Miami fans can join The Heartbeat of the Club and secure their spot for the 2022 season opener by becoming Season Ticket Members. All teams will face each of their conference opponents two times while also playing eight non-conference opponents once. Both conferences will feature 14 teams with expansion side Charlotte FC joining the Eastern Conference and Nashville SC moving to the Western Conference in 2022. The regular season will conclude with Decision Day on Oct. 9, setting the stage for postseason play with MLS Cup on Nov. 5.
