
Madden, Jensen Named to NHL Central Scouting Final Draft Rankings

Kearney, NE. - Tri-City Storm forwards Tyler Madden and Jack Jensen were each named to NHL Central Scouting's Final Draft Rankings list earlier today. --Both Madden and Jensen moved up several positions since the midterm rankings were released in January. The 2018 NHL Draft will be held June 22nd-23rd at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, TX and will be televised on NBCSN & NHL Network.
Tyler Madden, 18, of Deerfield Beach, FL is ranked 39th among North American Skaters by NHL Central Scouting in its final rankings list. Madden finished the regular season with 15 goals in 50 games played, and led the Storm in goal scoring this season. He also registered 19 assists and led the Storm with 5 games winning goals. Madden was named the MVP for Team East at the 2018 USHL/NHL Top Prospects Game played at the Viaero Center on January 9th. Madden is committed to Northeastern University.
Jack Jensen, 17, of Eden Prairie, MN is ranked 98th among North American Skaters and moved up 15 spots from his previous ranking of 113 in the midterm rankings. Jensen spent much of the season with Eden Prairie High School before being added to the Storm as an affiliate list call up in the second half of the season. Jensen recorded 38 points in 24 games with Eden Prairie this season and finished the regular season with 1 assist in 11 games played in his time with the Storm. Jensen is committed to the University of Minnesota.
