Potomac Nationals News Release
Woodbridge, VA - The Potomac Nationals are excited to announce that Mad Chad Taylor will make an appearance at Northwest Federal Field at Pfitzner Stadium on Saturday, August 25th. Taylor's appearance, presented by Northwest Federal Credit Union, joins a night with The P-Nats that already features a Tanner Roark & American Eagle Team USA Championship Clinch bobblehead giveaway for the first 1,250 fans, presented by Loyal Hygiene Solutions. The game is the second of a three-game series against the Lynchburg Hillcats (Cleveland Indians).
Mad Chad Taylor is known for his comedy routine that features him juggling anything from running chainsaws, flaming tennis balls, live 100,000-volt stun guns, and more!
"The Evil Knievel of Comedy" started juggling at 13 years old, and has since performed his famous comedy act in 49 of 50 states, including on late night television shows such as "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" and "Last Call With Carson Daly".
In 2003, Taylor set the Guinness World Record for juggling chainsaws. Taylor was able to juggle three petrol-driven chainsaws, with the blades engaged, for a world record 78 consecutive successful catches.
Taylor has also made appearances on nationally-aired television commercials, most recently a Progressive Auto Insurance Commercial. Taylor's acting career also includes appearances in films such as "Crocodile Dundee in LA" and "Landspeed".
Mad Chad Taylor is the most dangerous man in comedy who firmly believes that "if you really want people to put two hands together, you gotta be willing to risk one of your own!"
First pitch between the P-Nats and the Lynchburg Hillcats (Cleveland) is at 6:35pm. Gates to the ballpark will open at 5:00pm.
