Mad Ants to Play Reno Bighorns in First Round of 2014 NBA D-League Playoffs

FORT WAYNE, IN (April 6, 2014) -The Fort Wayne Mad Ants presented by the Lutheran Health Network have selected the Reno Bighorns as their opponent in the first round of the 2014 NBA Development League Playoffs. The Bighorns will host Game 1 of the best-of-three series on Friday, April 11th at 5:00PM EST at the Reno Convention Center. The Mad Ants will host Game 2 on Sunday, April 13th at 7:00PM EST at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum. If necessary, Game 3 will also be in Fort Wayne on Tuesday, April 15th at 7:00PM EST.
Game 2 at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum will feature dollar beers and dollar sodas to all fans who attend the Mad Ants' first home playoff game!
The Reno Bighorns are the eighth seed headed into the playoffs with a 27-23 record and the Mad Ants enter the playoffs as the first seed team, the Eastern Division Champions and with a 34-16 record. The Mad Ants and the Bighorns faced off earlier this season on December 26th in Fort Wayne when the Mad Ants defeated the Bighorns, 114-89.
