Lynx Playoff Tickets Go On Sale Tomorrow

OTTAWA –The Ottawa Lynx, currently 0.5 game ahead of Columbus for the International League's Wild Card Playoff spot, will make playoff tickets available to the general public tomorrow, Thursday, August 28th, at 10:00 a.m. The tickets will be available at the Lynx Box Office as well as all Ticketmaster locations. Playoff tickets were made available this week to season ticket holders as one of the benefits of being a Lynx ticket package holder.

The dates of the games will depend on where the Lynx finish in the standings, but the possibility of up to six playoff games in Ottawa starting as early as September 3rd, still exists. In the event that the Lynx do not make the playoffs, all tickets purchased to playoff games will be fully refundable through the point of purchase. The Ottawa Lynx box office is open Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Ticket prices for the playoffs will be as follows: Lower Bowl: $12.00 for Adults, $11.00 for Children/Seniors; Upper Bowel $10.00 for Adults, $9.00 for Children/Seniors.

The Lynx are in the hunt for their first playoff birth since the 1995 season, when the Lynx went on to win the Governors' Cup as International League Champions. The Lynx play two games tonight in Pawtucket, and another single game tomorrow before returning to Ottawa on Friday for their last four games of the season.
