
Lunkers stay perfect on the road with win in Thunder Bay

In the second day of a seven day roadtrip, the Brainerd Lakes Area Lunkers just kept on winning, defeating the Thunder Bay Border Cats 6-4 at Port Arthur Stadium in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada.
The Lunkers move to (3-0) on the road and (7-2) overall to start the season.
Phil Imholte and Dan Olinger would each collect 2 RBIs for the Lunkers. Olinger leads the team with 12 RBIs.
Thunder Bay would score two in the Bottom of the 6th to pull within 6-4, but that's all they would get.
Aaron Conyers started for the Lunkers and went five innings, giving up four hits, two runs and striking out three.
Tyler Harris pitched two scoreless innings of relief. And Casey Roche came on in the 9th for his first save in the Lunker uniform.
The Lunkers extend their winning streak to three with the win. They finish the two-game series with Thunder Bay Friday night. First pitch at 6:05 Central time.
