Lugnuts Announce Roster Move

LANSING, Mich. - The Lansing Lugnuts, in conjunction with the Toronto Blue Jays, announced that pitcher Kramer Champlin has been reinstated from the Temporarily Inactive List while pitcher Matthew Johnson was transferred to Short-Season Vancouver.

Champlin, 23, is the reigning Midwest League Pitcher of the Week. In Game 2 of a Saturday doubleheader, the right-hander came one out from throwing a seven-inning no-hitter against West Michigan; he settled for a one-hit shutout featuring 10 strikeouts.

The Lugnuts' roster now consists of 25 active players with four players on the Disabled List.
