LOUISVILLE, Ky. - USL-leader Louisville City FC turns its attention away from league action and onto the second round of the 2016 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup, as coach James O'Connor's side hosts NPSL-side Detroit City FC on Wednesday night at Bellarmine University's Owsley B. Frazier Stadium.

Here are a few things to watch as LouCity look to make another successful cup run after two big wins in 2015 before bowing out to Chicago Fire late in extra time.

Squad Rotation?: Although fans should never be surprised to see O'Connor change his lineup - he does it quite frequently - LouCity supporters should expect quite a shakeup on Wednesday. The quick turnaround from last Saturday's Kings' Cup victory combined with a chance to play an NPSL side will give O'Connor some options as he fills out his lineup sheet. Will we see some players that haven't made an appearance thus far in 2016? Stay tuned.

Cup Form the Same as League Form?: LouCity is on a tear. The club is unbeaten in seven matches, garnering an impressive 17 points over its past seven fixtures. In the Club's inaugural season, LouCity parlayed its impressive league form into a strong cup showing, defeating the NPSL's Lansing United and the NASL's Indy Eleven. LouCity even came quite close to pulling off a monster upset against Major League Soccer's Chicago Fire in the Open Cup. Let's hope LouCity can build on its 2015 cup success.

Intimate Environment: LouCity will host Detroit City at Bellarmine University's Owsley B. Frazier Stadium. Frazier holds a capacity of approximately 2,000 people, which should create a magically intimate environment on Wednesday. With both LouCity and Detroit supporters having reputations as excellent fans, Bellarmine will surely be the most fun place to be on Hump Day.

Next up for LouCity is the 2016 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup second-round match on Wednesday against Detroit City FC at Bellarmine University (7 p.m.).
