Kingsport scored three unearned runs with two outs in the eighth inning to defeat Burlington 4-2. The loss ended Burlington's season long five game winning streak.
Burlington's SS Jose Ortega had his first career four hit night, going 4-for-4 with an RBI.
Kingsport SS Travis Garcia delivered the game winning two RBI single in the eighth inning, capping off a 2-for-4 night with a home run and three RBI.
Thursday Night the series continues with Thirsty Thursday, featuring $1 sodas and beers presented by Cheerwine and Budweiser.
