BOISE, ID - The Los Angeles D-Fenders defeated the Idaho Stampede 135-127 on Friday night at Century Link Arena.

In the first quarter, the D-Fenders (15-10) fell behind by as many as nine points to the Stampede (14-12), but a single-handed 7-0 run from Terrence Williams to end the frame brought the deficit to one point. A strong defensive period, holding Idaho to 36.0 percent from the field, allowed the D-Fenders to hold a seven-point half time edge. Overall, the D-Fenders shot 51.0 percent from the field and racked up 34 points in the paint in the first half.

Terrence Williams exploded for 20 points in the third quarter, including four three-point field goals on five attempts to lengthen the Los Angeles lead to 13 entering the fourth. The D-Fenders struggled to hold their lead in the final period and allowed Idaho to crawl back within two points with three minutes to play. However, Los Angeles bounced back to finish strong with a 17-11 run to capture their 15th win of the season.

Terrence Williams set a new franchise record with 50 points to go along with nine rebounds to lead the D-Fenders.
