
Los Angeles D-Fenders Waive Alan Wiggins

El Segundo, CA- The Los Angeles D-Fenders have waived Alan Wiggins, it was announced today. The roster now stands at 10 players.
Wiggins, a 6-8 forward out of the University of San Francisco, spent the last year playing for Cholet Basket (France-ProA team). Wiggins averaged 5.4 points and 3.7 rebounds per game at the EuroChallenge and finished with an average of 7.5 points and 4.4 rebounds per game in a total of 18 games with the French League. Prior to his stint in France, Wiggins was drafted by the Yakama Sun Kings in the sixth round (60th overall) in the 2008 CBA Draft.
