Lookouts Get Hits, Outscored by One
July 25, 2019 - Southern League (SL1)
Chattanooga Lookouts News Release
Lookouts starter Tony Santillan retired the first seven hitters he faced but would lose the game on a fielding error late in the 2-1 loss to the Barons. With the game tied at one each, Jose Siri misplayed a ground ball in center and the Barons took a lead in the sixth inning. While Siri had two hits it would be the miscue that would lose the game. Tyler Stephenson had a two hit night as well and would score the only run for the Lookouts. Tylyer Trammell chipped in two early hits. Ten hits in all but only the one run to show for it. Game five on Friday will have RHP-Ryan Lillie for the Lookouts (1-3,7.04) facing LHP-Tanner Banks(1-5,3.76). Air time on 98.1 The Lake is set for 7:50 EDT and at MiLB.com.
