
Logan Wade activated from disabled list

Cedar Rapids, IA - The Cedar Rapids Kernels and Minnesota Twins announce that INF Logan Wade has been activated from the 7-day disabled list. Brad Steil, Director of Minor League Operations for the Twins, announced the move.
Wade went on the DL back on May 8th with a dislocated left shoulder. In 29 games for the Kernels, he is batting .288 with a home run, 12 RBI, eight doubles and two triples.
Wade is active and available for tonight's 6:35 pm game with the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers. With today's transaction, the Kernels roster is at the Midwest League maximum of 25 active players, with seven players currently on the DL.
The Kernels begin continue a three game home stand tonight with Wisconsin at 6:35 pm. It's a First Federal Credit Union Free Money Wednesday as First Federal Credit Union is passing out $500 when the gates open at 5:30 pm with the top cash prize of $100. The current home stand continues through tomorrow.
