For a second consecutive night, the Lakeshore Chinooks found themselves locked in a pitchers duel with the Green Bay Bullfrogs, this time a few miles north in Titletown.

Chris Rubio (Concordia University Irvine) took the ball for Lakeshore and tossed five no-hit innings before things came unraveled in the sixth. The first two Bullfrog hitters reached by way of singles. They then moved into scoring position by way of a wild pitch and eventually came around to score as part of a three run inning for Green Bay.

Offensively the Chinooks scattered five hits and put at least one runner on base in every inning except for one, yet where unable to advance a runner past second base.

The game was delayed at the start by approximately 35 minutes due to rain but no further delays halted play the rest of the evening

With the completion of the home-and-home series with the Bullfrogs the Chinooks travel to Battle Creek, Michigan to take on the Bombers for a two-game set with game one set to begin at 4:05 p.m CST from C.O. Brown Stadium.
