Lock Monsters recall Dustin Johner

Lowell, MA - The Lock Monsters announced today that they have recalled rookie center Dustin Johner from the Las Vegas Wrangerls of the East Coast Hockey League. He is expected to be in the lineup when the Lock Monsters host the Providence Bruins on Friday night.

Johner (5-11, 180 lbs) has appeared in 51 games with the Wranglers this season. Johner leads the Wranglers in point scoring with 48 points (22g, 26a), including 10 power play tallies. Prior to his assignment to the Wranglers, Johner appeared in two exhibition games with the Lock Monsters.

The Lock Monsters return to action Friday night with a home contest against the Providence Bruins (7:00 pm). The Lock Monsters wrap up their season series with the Norfolk Admirals on Sunday at the Tsongas Arena (4:00 pm).
