Brandon, Manitoba -- Western Manitoba hockey fans will have a chance to talk to Brandon Wheat Kings' 20-year old center Andrew Clark Monday night when the Western Hockey League club's official web site hosts its first "Live Chat" of the 2008-2009 campaign.

A 4-year WHL veteran, Clark will be appearing LIVE on www.wheatkings.com from 7-8 p.m. Monday, September 22nd.

Clark will no doubt be answering questions about the club's season opening series with Regina, the team's expectations for 2008-2009 and his thoughts on being one of the players that will be counted on for both leadership and production this coming season.

A local product, Clark's regular season debut Friday night was a good one. The former AAA Midget Wheat King scored twice and set up another as Brandon brought the curtain up on the season with a 5-3 victory over the visiting Regina Pats.

In 183 career WHL games, Clark has 55 goals and 141 points.

On the ice, the Wheat Kings complete a weekend home and home series with the Pats Sunday afternoon in Regina. Next home game for the Wheat Kings is Friday night against Moose Jaw. Tickets to that game will go on sale Monday morning at 10 a.m. at the Keystone Centre box office. Fans can also order by phone at 726-3555 or online at ticketmaster.ca

Monday's Live Chat is a special presentation of ebrandon.ca.
