
Bruins Get Past Blazers In Shootout

Jimmy Bubnick scored twice in the final 4:30 of regulation to force overtime, only to have Ryan Howse score the lone goal in the shootout as the Bruins prevailed 5-4 on Saturday night in Chilliwack.
Shayne Wiebe also scored twice for the Blazers with CJ Stretch, Jordan Rowley, and Giffen Nyren recording two assists each. Shots were 32-28 Blazers with Justin Leclerc taking the shootout loss and Mark Friesen getting the win. The Blazers were 3-for-8 on the powerplay while the Bruins were 2-for-8.
