"Interns are an important component to any minor league franchise." Said Lightning General Manager Michael Neville. " Spending the summer with the Lightning is a great way to get your feet wet and really receive a crash course on the inner workings of this franchise. One day you could be working on ticket sales, the next day you could be putting together a major sales proposal; it is a great way to make business connections." Many of the Lightning interns have used their Lightning experience to move on to full-time positions in the sports world. "We have a flexible schedule to accommodate the hours requirement." Said Coach Daleo. " I'm looking for a basketball operations intern who is 6'11 with very long arms."
