
Liberty Suffers Narrow Loss to Mystics in Finale

On Sunday, the New York Liberty (32-8) fell to the Washington Mystics (19-21), 90-88,in their regular-season finale and final game of their 2023 four-game season series, splitting the series, 2-2.
At Barclays Center, the Liberty finished on 40.5% (30-74) shooting from the field, 32.4% (12-37) from three, and 100% (16-16) at the free throw line.
Up Next: The New York Liberty will host the Washington Mystics on Friday, September 15 at 7:30 p.m. ET in the opener of their 2023 WNBA Playoffs First Round series.
