Peoria Rivermen head coach Jean-Guy Trudel announced Monday that rookie goaltender Eric Levine has been returned on loan from the Syracuse Crunch (American Hockey League).

The 25-year-old was initially called up by the Quad City Mallards (Central Hockey League) last Wednesday before he was promoted to AHL Syracuse on Friday. He did not make an appearance for either team.
