Ottawa 67's News Release

OTTAWA-GATINEAU - The Ottawa REDBLACKS of the Canadian Football League today announced that fewer than 500 tickets remain unsold for the home game; Sunday, August 30 against the Saskatchewan Roughriders. Fans considering the purchase of tickets for the game are advised to act quickly.

Fresh off a thrilling 26-23 home-field victory over East Division-rival Montreal last Friday, the REDBLACKS have created a buzz about the CFL in Ottawa. TSN analyst Duane Forde declared during last Friday's broadcast that #RNation fans are quickly establishing TD Place as one of the best game-day experiences in the entire league.

"Our fans are obviously making a name for themselves, and rightfully so," said Jeff Hunt, President of Sports for the Ottawa Sports & Entertainment Group. "The energy and the joy the members of #RNation displayed during the final minutes of last week's win over the Alouettes is what it's all about. We're all very proud of our fans and our team."

This will be the 12th sell-out in the REDBLACKS 14-game history at the 24,000-seat TD Place. Fans hoping to obtain tickets for the game against Saskatchewan can do so by visiting OttawaREDBLACKS.com or calling Capital Tickets at 613.599-FANS.
