
Legends Drop Heartbreaker to Armor in OT

Springfield, MA, (March 14, 2013) - The Texas Legends, presented by Veracruz (visit Veracruz.mx), fell to the Springfield Armor in overtime 89-92.
In what proved to be a low-scoring race to the final buzzer, the Legends were outscored 5-8 in overtime to fall to the Armor. The Legends took a large lead in the first quarter that managed to keep them ahead through most of the game despite being outscored in each of the final four periods.
Justin Dentmon had a game-high 35 points, 7 rebounds, and 3 assists. Melvin Ely added 17 points and 8 rebounds, and Dwayne Jones tallied the team's only double-double with 11 points and 14 rebounds.
Justin Johnson came off the bench to lead the Armor with 22 points, 3 rebounds and 1 assist.
